 * This code was written with Dark Basic V1.06 (Demo)

 * This code displays a picture that scrolls left and right.  The floor
   section is drawn a scanline at a time, with a sorta fake perspective. To
   make it a little more interesting,  there's a couple of Street Fighter II
   styled fighters just standing around. They don't do anything.. :)

 * NOTE: I've NO idea who's characters the GFX are, SORRY !!!..
