MessageLoved the Einstein as a teen, am now looking to relive the battles I had with my father on chuckie egg (he's now deceased), I will find a complete model in good condition at some point so as I can once again rule chuckie egg. Ha ha. My own teens love Xbox, but once I show them, and cream them at chuckie egg, they too can relive the 80's. Ha ha. Great site, glad someone is keeping past dreams alive.
Thanks.
Dave

MessageHi
A extra item for the Einstein was a TV tuner called a “Screenvision”
These were sold by Screensmicrocomputers in Northwood London.
If any one has one (in any condition) for sale ? please advise.
All the best.

MessageHi, I don't know if this site is still active but here goes anyway. As you can see my name is Nick Cooper and I wrote a database program for the Tatung Einstein published as a listing in the back of "Personal Computer World" I think there was a chimp (there were several) on the front cover. I was just wondering if there was any evidence of my acheivemnt around. It got me on an A Level course and later on toSystems Analysis and Design certificate course.

Kind regards,

Nick Cooper

MessageHi, just watching the 1983 Film WarGames with Mathew Broderick, this brought back memories of my 1st computer all them years ago, the Tatung Einstein... I was the only kid in my street to have as everyone else had an Atari or Spectrum... I loved the Flight Path 737, but was useless at it.. Anyway was nice to look up this piece of kit and find a full website...

Regards

Darren
