For sale is this Einstein computer.  It has not been used for about 20 years having been in dry storage.

One of those things you take with you when you move but it never sees the light of day after that.  I am having a clear out so this is one of the items to go.

The computer worked perfectly when put into storage.  Today I have powered it up and as can be seen in the pictures the green and red led lights show at turn on.  When the Alpha lock key is pressed the red light goes out.  I have inserted one of the discs, when the appropriate keys are pressed the drive can be heard to operate and a green led lights up to reflect operation as shown in the picture. When the drive stops, the light goes out.  I cannot test it any further than that as the monitor does not appear to work. It does show signs of life when the 3 position selector switch on the rear is moved in the form of a purple line flashing across the screen but it remains dark otherwise whether the computer is connected or not.  I am merely including it should anyone be able to fix it.

With regard to the computer, it looks very much as though it is functional but I think I have to say it is not fully tested as most other sellers say.  I do believe the tests I have done go a little further than just saying it powers up.

There are many books included in the sale together with the discs shown in the pictures.

There is also the cable for connection to a monitor and a games stick.

Due to the size of this item I would prefer it to be collected in Harrogate and I will try and accommodate a time suitable to the purchaser and there is no urgency.

Cash on collection would be appreciated.
